I do accept Money Orders (available inexpensively at most supermarkets) or bank checks.

I accept orders from the US only without specially contacting me by email beforehand.  In general it is very difficult to figure out what postage is to a foreign country and it takes a special trip to the Post Office to fill out customs forms and mail to a foreign country.
